To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of the Aria Health System-Torresdale Campus (formerly Frankford Hospital), located at 10800 Knights Road, by allowing for the construction of a new building addition for use as a parking garage.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-1107(c) of The Philadelphia Code, The Institutional Development District Master Plan of the Aria Health System - Torresdale Campus (formerly Frankford Hospital) is hereby amended by allowing for the construction of a four-story addition to be used as a parking garage, as set forth in attached Exhibit A, on file with the Chief Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
