Full Bill

WHEREAS, Bill No. 100267-A was passed by this Council on June 17, 2010, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill NO. 100267-A, entitled “An Ordinance Amending Section 9-703 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Special Assembly Occupancies,' by imposing various requirements on promoters of events at special assembly occupancies; all under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
