Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as permissible locations the sidewalk of the east side of S. 22nd Street between Cross Street and Tasker Street and the sidewalk of the south side of Wharton Street between Hollywood Street and 29th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-213. Farmers' Markets.
