THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following two-way regulation, heretofore established on a trial basis, is hereby established:

Spruce Street, from 38th Parallel Place to 2nd Street.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
