THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
EXHIBIT "A"
100 N. 55th Street
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected.
SITUATE at the intersection of the North side of Arch Street and the West side of Fifty-fifth Street in the 4th Ward of the City of Philadelphia.
CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Fifty-fifth Street Sixteen feet Four inches and extending of that width in length or depth Westward between parallel lines at right angles to Fifty-fifth Street on the North line Fifty-six feet Eight and Three-eighths of an inch and on the South line along the North side of Arch Street Fifty-five feet Seven inches to a certain Three feet wide alley, which leads Southward into Arch Street.
CONTAINING on the rear Sixteen feet Four and Three-eighths inches.
BEING No. 100 North 55th Street.
TOGETHER with the free & common use, right, liberty and privilege of said alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter forever.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected.
SITUATE on the West side of 58th Street at the distance of 32 feet 6 inches Northward from the North side of Arch Street in the 4th ward of the City of Philadelphia.
CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said 58th Street 15 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Westward between lines parallel with the said Arch Street 80 feet including on the rear end thereof the soil of a certain 3 feet wide alley which extends Southward into the said Arch Street;
TOGETHER with the free and common use, right, liberty and privilege of the aforesaid alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter, forever, in common with the tenants, owners, and occupiers of the other lots of ground bounding thereon and entitled to the use thereof.

SITUATE on the East side of Sixtieth Street at the distance of three hundred and ninety-nine feet ten and seven-eighths inches Northward from the North side of Race Street in the 4th (formerly part of the Fifty-second) Ward of the City of Philadelphia.

CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said 62nd Street 15 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Eastward between lines parallel with the said Vine Street 70 feet to a certain 3 feet wide alley which extends Northward and Southward and communicates at each end thereof with a certain other alley 3 feet wide which extends Westward into the said 62nd Street.

CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said 61st Street 15 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Westward between parallel lines at right angles to the said 61st Street 70 feet 6 inches to a certain 3 feet wide alley extending Northward and Southward and communicating at the Northerly end thereof with Noble Street and at the Southerly and thereof with another 3 feet wide alley running from the said 61st Street to Robinson Street.
TOGETHER with the free and common use right liberty and privilege of the aforesaid alleys as and for passageway and watercourses at all times hereafter forever.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, Situate on the East side of 62nd Street at the distance of 97' Northward from the North side of Callowhill Street in the 34th Ward of the City of Philadelphia.
CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said 62nd Street 15' 8 and extending of that width in length or depth Eastward between parallel lines at right angles to the said 62nd Street, 70' to a certain 3' wide alley leading into and communicating at the Southern end thereof with another 3' wide alley extending from 62nd Street to Horton Street.

CONTAINING in front or breadth on said 63rd Street 16 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Eastwardly between parallel lines at right angles to the said 63rd Street 72 feet to a certain 3 feet wide alley which leads Northward into Haverford Avenue.
TOGETHER with the free and common use, right, liberty and privilege of the above mentioned alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter, forever.

CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Lansdowne Avenue fifteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth Southward between parallel lines at right angles to the said Lansdowne Avenue the East line thereof along the said West side of Fifty-fifth Street eighty-seven feet to a certain three feet wide alley which extends into and from the said Fifty-fifth Street and crosses the head of a certain other alley three feet wide which extends Southward.
TOGETHER with the free and common use, right, liberty and privilege of the aforesaid alley as and for passageways and watercourse at all times hereafter, forever.
