Full Bill
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 020429), approved November 13, 2002, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval;
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 030734), approved December 31, 2003, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020429 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to November 13, 2004;
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 050857), approved December 22, 2005, further amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020429 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to November 13, 2006;
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 070334), approved September 20, 2007, further amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020429 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to November 13, 2008; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020429) approved November 13, 2002, as amended by Ordinances approved December 31, 2003 (Bill No. 030734), December 22, 2005 (Bill No. 050857), and September 20, 2007 (Bill No. 070334), is hereby further amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements by [November 13, 2008]
