Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 121 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of the westerly twelve feet wide portion of Thirty-Second Street from Glenwood Avenue to a point approximately twelve feet south of the southerly side of Master Street produced and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right of way for drainage purposes and water main purposes and a right of way for drainage purposes within portions of the portion of Thirty-Second Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said rights of way; all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
