Amending Section 19-1806 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Authorization of Realty Use and Occupancy Taxes," and Chapter 19-2600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Business Privilege Taxes," to provide for credit or abatement of certain taxes for new Small Business Enterprises, under certain terms and conditions.

AI summary

This lapsed bill would have created nonrefundable tax credits for new Small Business Enterprises during their first three years, covering certain realty use and occupancy taxes and business privilege taxes. The credits would have applied to businesses and properties in designated Philadelphia areas identified as needing revitalization, but the legislation text does not specify the credit amounts or areas.
