Authorizing the Concession Agreement regarding the Lloyd Hall Café, dated January 7, 2011, between the City of Philadelphia and Cosmic Catering, LLC, to have an "Initial Term" of five years and a "Renewal Term" of five years, subject to certain provisions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
The Concession Agreement regarding the Lloyd Hall Café, dated January 7, 2011 (the Concession Agreement), between the City of Philadelphia and Cosmic Catering, LLC, is authorized to have an Initial Term of five years and a Renewal Term of five years, as the phrases Initial Term and Renewal Term are defined in Section 3.02.2 of the Concession Agreement.
SECTION 2. A copy of the Concession Agreement is set forth in Exhibit A to this Ordinance. The Chief Clerk shall keep a copy of Exhibit A to this Ordinance on file in the Chief Clerk's Office for inspection by members of the public.
