Amending Section 9-213 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on the sidewalk of the west side of Germantown Avenue between North 10th Street and North Alder Street.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
