Full Bill

WHEREAS, Bill No. 110441 was passed by this Council on June 16, 2011, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 110441, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, a parcel of land located at 1628 Fitzwater Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
