THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Bill No. 110185, approved by the Mayor on July 5, 2011, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
