THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

Except Saturday and Sunday

Except RPP#24

Emily street, south side, 11th street to 12th street.
