Amending Section 14-1629 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Yorktown Special District Controls," by specifically amending Section 14-1629(3), entitled "District Boundaries"; all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(3) District Boundaries. For the purposes of this section, the North Central Philadelphia Special District Controls shall apply to all residentially zoned (R9A, R10, R13, R20) properties within the following areas:

The area bounded on the north by Girard Avenue, on the west by Watts Street, extending southward on Watts Street to Parish Street, then eastward on Parish Street to Park Street, and then southward on Park Street to Brown Street on the south, extending eastward on Brown Street to 12th Street as the eastern boundary.
