THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Bill No. 110083, approved by the Mayor on April 27, 2011 is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect One Hundred Eighty (180) days after it becomes law.
