RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, THAT Jeffrey B. Goldstone is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, to serve in the remainder of a term ending January 5, 2016.
