THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

Pursuant to Section 11-403 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by:

Striking from the City Plan and vacating Spruce Street from Twenty-fifth Street to the Pierhead & Bulkhead Line of the Schuylkill River.

Striking from the City Plan and vacating Twenty-sixth Street from Spruce Street to Delancey Place.

SECTION 2.

Effective upon confirmation of the street strikings and vacatings authorized in Sections 1(a) and 1(b) herein, the said vacated areas, owned by the City of Philadelphia, are deemed incorporated into the adjoining Citylands under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
