THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of public sewers and appurtenant work, required in order to alleviate unsanitary conditions, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, in the following locations:

Kelvin Avenue from Southampton Road to County Line Road;

Trevose Road from Southampton Road to County Line Road.
