Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Department of Human Services, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to enter into a grant agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Public Welfare (the “Commonwealth”), substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, pursuant to which the Commonwealth shall provide a grant which will provide funds for the Time-Limited Family Reunification initiative to the City.

SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to impose such terms and conditions on the Agreement as the City Solicitor deems necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City, and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3. The Chief Clerk shall keep on file Exhibit A and shall make it available for inspection by the public during regular office hours.
