Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 21-1200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Police Advisory Board” is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of an amendment to The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter establishing an Independent Police Advisory Commission.
