THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Criminal Justice Center located at 13th and Filbert Streets is herby renamed and designated as the “Justice Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice”.
