Full Bill
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 040511), approved June 21, 2004, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) years from the date of approval; and
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 050789), approved November 17, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 040511 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to June 21, 2007; and
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 100226), approved June 1, 2010, further amended Section 2 of Bill No. 040511 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to June 21, 2012; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040511) approved June 21, 2004, as amended by Ordinances approved November 17, 2005 (Bill No. 050789) and June 1, 2010 (Bill No. 100226), is hereby further amended to read as follows:
