Full Bill

WHEREAS, The Ordinance that created the Neighborhood Transformation Initiative requires approval of City Council prior to the expenditure of Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds for acquisition and related activities; and

WHEREAS, The Neighborhood Transformation Initiative Program Statement and Budget has established funding for the acquisition and related activities pertaining to real property in the 1st Council District; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHIILADELPHIA, That Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds, allocated to the 3rd Council District, in an amount not to exceed eleven thousand nine hundred dollars ($11,900) are authorized for the purpose of acquiring title reports, plot plans, legal descriptions and appraisals for 3613, 3615 and 3631 Haverford avenue, 3603, 3605, 3607, 3608, 3609, 3612 and 3620 Mount Vernon street, 3612 Wallace street, 622 North 36th street, 629, 635, 639, 641 and 643 North 36th street.
