Full Bill

WHEREAS, The Ordinance that created the Neighborhood Transformation Initiative requires approval of City Council prior to the expenditure of Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds for acquisition and related activities; and

WHEREAS, The Neighborhood Transformation Initiative Program Statement and Budget has established funding for the acquisition and related activities pertaining to real property in the 2nd Council District; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHIILADELPHIA, That Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds, allocated to the City Significant acquisition budget, in an amount not to exceed twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) are authorized for the purpose of acquiring title reports, plot plans, legal descriptions and appraisals for 1932 Alter street, 2003, 2007 and 2009 Ellsworth street, 1728 and 1734 Federal street, 1606, 1612, 1624, 1637, 1716, 1719, 1723 and 1729 Latona Street, 1628, 1713, 1715, 1717, 1719, 1721 and 1730 Manton street, 1204, 1212, 1225, 1231 , 1233, 1235 and 1237 South 17th street, 1241 South 18th street, 1117, 1125, 1127, 1129 and 1131 South 20th street, 1610, 1612, 1718, 1720, 1727 and 1728 Titan street.
