WHEREAS, The Ordinance that created the Neighborhood Transformation Initiative requires approval of City Council prior to the expenditure of Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds for acquisition and related activities; and
WHEREAS, The Neighborhood Transformation Initiative Program Statement and Budget has established funding for the acquisition and related activities pertaining to real property in the 2nd Council District; now therefore
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHIILADELPHIA, That Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds, allocated to the 2nd Council District, in an amount not to exceed one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400) are authorized for the purpose of acquiring title reports, plot plans, legal descriptions and appraisals for 2123 Fernon street and 1913 Wilder street.
