WHEREAS, The Ordinance that created the Neighborhood Transformation Initiative requires approval of City Council prior to the expenditure of Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds for acquisition and related activities; and
WHEREAS, The Neighborhood Transformation Initiative Program Statement and Budget has established funding for the acquisition and related activities pertaining to real property in the 1st Council District; now therefore
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHIILADELPHIA, That Neighborhood Transformation Initiative bond proceeds, allocated to the 1st Council District, in an amount not to exceed three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) are authorized for the purpose of acquiring title reports, plot plans, legal descriptions and appraisals for 1028-32 South Fairhill street and 1035-37 South 6th street.
