THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE.

§12-2409. Towing Zone Locations and Hours.

(4) At all hours:

Midvale Avenue, Kelly Drive to Ridge Avenue, both sides
