WHEREAS, The residents of 2300 N. 5th Street have committed themselves to making this playground a clean and safe place for the children of this community to recreate; and

WHEREAS, The residents have chosen the name “Rainbow De Colores” as an expression of the diverse and unified nature of this community; now, therefore

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Playground located on the 2300 block of N. 5th Street is designated and shall be named “Rainbow De Colores Playground”.
