THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following two-way regulation is hereby established:

7th Street between Lehigh Avenue and Somerset Street two-way.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
