Authorizing the Fire Department, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia (City), as the Sponsoring Agency of Pennsylvania Task Force One, of the National Urban Search and Rescue Response System, to enter into multi-year agreements with Participating Agencies for the purposes of developing resources for emergency preparedness, and for the maintenance and readiness of the National Urban Search and Rescue Response System, under certain terms and conditions.
