WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 090120), approved April 15, 2009 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval;

WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 110550), approved November 14, 2011, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 090120 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to April 15, 2013; and

WHEREAS, It is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 090120), approved April 15, 2009, as amended by an Ordinance (Bill No. 110550), approved November 14, 2011, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by April 15, 2013]
