THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (PAID), a parcel with an address of 4732-34 Griscom Street, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A", for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.

SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3. Net proceeds from the sale of this property shall be deposited in the City's General Fund.

Exhibit "A"

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected.

SITUATE on the Northwesterly side of Griscom (formerly Franklin) Street, at the distance of thirty feet Southwestwardly from the Southwesterly side of Oxford Road (forty feet wide) in the Twenty-third Ward of the City of Philadelphia; thence extending South thirty-seven degrees six minutes fifteen seconds West thirty-seven feet seven inches along the said Northwesterly side of said Griscom Street to a point; thence extending North fifty-three degrees twenty-six minutes two seconds West One hundred nineteen feet seven and seven-eighths inches to a point; thence extending North thirty-seven degrees six minutes fifteen seconds East Thirty-eight feet eight and one-half inches to a point; thence extending on a line at right angles to the said Griscom Street South fifty-two degrees three minutes forty-five seconds East one hundred nineteen feet seven and seven-eighths inches to the place of beginning.

BEING KNOWN as Nos. 4732-4734 Griscom Street.
