THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Street Vendors, is amended to read as follows:

§9-203. Street Vendors.

Street Vending on Designated Streets.

(a) Street vending shall be permitted on the following streets only from Monday through Saturday, and only between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with the additional limitations set forth below:

(.6) 51st Street between Parkside Avenue and Columbia Avenue.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
