WHEREAS, Mayor Michael A. Nutter appointed and Council confirmed Sanjuanita Gonzalez as a member of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics, to serve in the remaining portion of a five-year term, to end November 16, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Michael A. Nutter has nominated Sanjuanita Gonzalez for re-appointment to serve a full term as a member of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics; and
WHEREAS, Section 3-806 of the Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of members of the Board of Ethics; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,
That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of Sanjuanita Gonzalez as a member of the Board of Ethics, to serve in the term ending November 16, 2018.
