Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants and from the Acute Care Hospital Fund, the Department of Public Health to the Acute Care Hospital Fund, the Department of Public Health - State Payment.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 from the Grants Revenue Fund to and within the Acute Care Hospital Fund:
