THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 14-516. /First Council Overlay District
(1) Boundaries. The First Council Overlay District applies to lots located within:
(a) All divisions of the 1st Ward; divisions 1-8; 10-18; 23-27 of the 2nd Ward; divisions 1-14; 16; 18-19; 21-22; 24-29 of the 5th Ward; division 5 of the 18th Ward; All divisions of the 25th Ward; divisions 1; 3-8; and 10-19 of the 31st Ward; divisions 1-13; 15-35; 37-40; 42-46 of the 39th Ward; and divisions 7-11; 13-14; 16-19; 21-22; 24 of the 45th Ward, as shown for illustrative purposes only on the following map;
(2) Regulations. Medical Dental and Health Practitioner (Solo Practitioner and Group Practitioner) uses are prohibited in CMX-1, CMX-2, CMX-2.5, CMX-3, CMX-4,,CMX-5, CA-1, CA-2, IRMX, ICMX, I-1, and I-2 districts.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
