Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors and Section 9-205 relating to Sidewalk Sales by prohibiting street and sidewalk vending in certain portions of the 8th Ward; all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

§9-203. Street Vendors.

(7) Prohibited Conduct

No vendor or person shall:

(o) stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways:

(.4) Spring Garden street, from Broad Street to 18th street;

(.8) 1400 block of Buttonwood street;

(.9) 1400 block of Wood street.

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:
