THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to acquire title from the Salvation Army to a certain tract of land at the southeast corner of 22nd & Market Streets, known as 2140 Market Street, for nominal consideration.
SECTION 2. Upon acquisition of title, the parcel is incorporated into the Fairmount Park System.
SECTION 3. Chapter 15-200 of The Philadelphia Code is amended as follows:

SECTION 4. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve, prior to execution, all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, and to include in all those instruments and documents terms and conditions as the City Solicitor deems necessary and proper to protect the interest of the City.
