Amending Chapter 16-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones," by designating the area bounded by Hunting Park Avenue to the north, Lehigh Avenue to the south, Broad Street to the east and Twenty-fourth Street to the west as a Housing Opportunity Zone pursuant to the 1500 New Affordable Housing Units Initiative, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 16-800 is amended as follows:
