Full Bill
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to acquire all or part of a parcel of land from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, with any improvements thereon, located at 2100-06 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, as legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and to enter into any agreements required by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to effectuate the foregoing acquisition by the City, all under certain terms and conditions.
SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to impose such terms and conditions on the transaction authorized by this Ordinance as the City Solicitor deems necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City, and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
