THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 5 of Bill No. 130079, approved May 8, 2013, is amended as follows (additions in

SECTION 5. The permission granted to Owner to construct, own and maintain the Encroachments shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Owner has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance within

one (1) year

two years

after this Ordinance becomes law.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance, and Bill No. 130079 (approved May 8, 2013, shall become effective upon the payment of the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
