Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 130079), approved May 8, 2013, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing 39th and Sansom Streets Corporation t/a Cavanaugh's Leprechaun to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 119 S. 39th Street, Philadelphia, PA, under certain terms and conditions," to extend the time for compliance with certain terms of the ordinance.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of Bill No. 130079, approved May 8, 2013, is amended as follows (additions in

SECTION 5. The permission granted to Owner to construct, own and maintain the Encroachments shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Owner has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance within
one (1) year
two years
after this Ordinance becomes law.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, and Bill No. 130079 (approved May 8, 2013, shall become effective upon the payment of the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
