THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-213. Farmers' Markets.

(zz) The corner of Byberry Road and Barbary Road, in the parking lot of the Third Reformed Presbyterian Church located at 3024 Byberry Road.
