Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," to change the amount of time that a boat, motor home, truck camper or vending cart may be parked in any on-street parking space.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE.

CHAPTER 12-900. PARKING REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES.

§12-919. On-Street Parking of Boats, Motor Homes, Truck Campers and Vending Carts.
(1) Definitions. In this Section, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) Block. An area of land bounded by streets which are confirmed on the City Plan and legally open.
(b) Motor Home. As defined in the Vehicle Code at 75 Pa. C.S. § 102.
(c) Truck Camper. As defined in the Vehicle Code at 75 Pa. C.S. § 102.
(2) Prohibited Conduct. No person shall park a boat, motor home, truck camper or vending cart for more than [thirty (30)]
fifteen (15)
days in any on-street parking space located on a single block of any street or highway. Any boat, motor home, truck camper or vending cart parked in an on-street parking space shall be on wheels and readily movable.
