Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by prohibiting group day cares in certain residential zoning districts, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
