Full Bill

WHEREAS, Mayor Michael A. Nutter has nominated JoAnn A. Epps, Esq., for appointment as a member of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics, to serve for a full five-year term to end in November 2019; and

WHEREAS, Section 3-806 of the Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of members of the Board of Ethics; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of JoAnn A. Epps, Esq., as a member of the Board of Ethics, to serve in the term ending November 16, 2019.
