RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Jay S. Feldstein, D.O., is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, to fill a vacancy in the term ending January 5, 2017.
