RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Michael Piper is hereby appointed to the position of Chief Assessment Officer of the Office of Property Assessment, to serve in the term commencing July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2018.
