Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding Greener Pastures LLC, located at 1290 Southampton Road, as a permissible location, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§9-213. Farmers' Markets.
