THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2016 to 2021, inclusive, totaling eight billion nine hundred sixty-four million eight hundred forty-seven thousand (8,964,847,000)
dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
