THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

The following two-way regulation is hereby established:

Spruce Street, from Front Street to Columbus Boulevard.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
